AI adoption and change management

AI only creates value once people start using it.

Giving employees access to AI is one thing. Making it work in their everyday routines is another. We help you make AI a natural part of the way people work, so employees feel confident using the technology, know how to apply it, and see the difference it makes. Because AI should help people work better – not take the work out of their hands.

Sound familiar?

You've bought licences for AI tools, but only a few people use them.

Some employees use AI with no rules at all, others don't dare touch it.

Management can't see what value AI has delivered.

You know the EU AI Act requires your people to understand AI, but not how to live up to it.

This is where we can help

01

AI training for leaders

Half a day or a full day on what AI can do, what it can't, and where it makes sense for you.
02

AI training for employees

Hands-on training built around your own tasks, not generic examples.
03

Shared ground rules for AI

What's allowed, what isn't, and who to ask.
04

AI ambassadors

We train a few key people who can help their colleagues along.
05

Measuring the impact

We help you measure how much time and how much money AI actually saves.

How to get started

Shadow Walk

We start by looking at how you work today. That's how we find out where AI can actually make a difference in your everyday work.

We put it to the test

We start small, with one team or one department. Together we try AI out in practice and find out what works and what needs adjusting.

We bring more people on board

Once we know what works, we help you bring the rest of the organisation along. With training, sparring and colleagues who can get their co-workers off to a good start.
The first step is a Shadow Walk – then you'll know where AI helps the most.

From new AI tools to skills that stay in the business

At Danmarks Statistik, it wasn't only about building a secure AI solution. Over a six-month training programme we also helped employees build the skills it takes to work with AI in practice. So they didn't just get new tools, but also the knowledge to keep going on their own.

Frequently asked questions

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI to make sure their employees have a sufficient understanding of AI. The law doesn't say exactly how. Training is the most common answer.

Usually because they don't know what to use them for, are afraid of doing something wrong, or don't have time to learn.

In our experience, AI removes the tedious tasks and frees up time for the ones that need a human.

A first round of training and a pilot typically takes 1–3 months.

From access to everyday use

Training, shared ground rules and concrete examples - so AI actually gets used, and you can see what it delivers. Tell us where you are, and we'll take it from there.
