Black Capital Technology was hired to design and build a new service management platform for Clobotics.

The goal was to:

Concept

Removing documentation from the technician - not the process

Clobotics operates in a highly regulated environment where documentation requirements were increasingly slowing down repair operations.

The core concept was to remove as much documentation work from technicians as possible, without losing data quality or compliance.

The solution consisted of:

  • A digital web platform integrated with service operator equipment
  • Helmet-mounted cameras capturing images automatically during repairs
  • AI-powered analysis generating report drafts in a fixed format
  • Minimal manual edits by technicians before approval
  • Cloud-based access for customers to view reports and campaign insights

This approach significantly improved both operational speed and report quality.

Process

It was crucial to understand the challenge from both perspectives at the same time:

  • The technicians performing the repairs
  • The stakeholders requiring documentation and insight

By aligning these needs early, BCT ensured the solution addressed the root problem — not just shifted administrative work elsewhere.
